Role Requirements:

• With 6 years of experience in a hunting-focused inside sales role within IT services, analytics, or digital transformation domains.
• Proven track record of generating qualified leads and closing new logos across international markets—US, Europe, APAC
• Engage prospects through cold calling, outreach emails, and social media, leveraging tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to generate and qualify high-value leads.
• Translate business requirements gathered from stakeholders into tailored ACL Digital solutions, demonstrating consultative selling and deep product understanding.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations and email campaigns to showcase solutions effectively and advance engagement.
• Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking all lead activity, updating CRM systems, and reporting on progress and metrics.
• Collaborate with onsite and global sales teams to align strategies, support handoffs, and ensure consistent momentum toward sales milestones and closures.
• Demonstrated experience in onsite/offshore sales models, with familiarity in working with GCC/GIC or captive account setups.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, sales databases, and tools (especially LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to drive outreach and pipeline tracking.
