Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships for long-term success.
  • Present and pitch SkyRich’s AIDA digital solutions/Services in a consultative and value-focused manner.
  • Qualify leads, guide clients through their next steps, and plan site visits of customer success technical team and detailed requirement gathering.
  • Share customer enquiries with the Customer Success Technical Team, ensuring clarity of scope, expectations, and timelines for preparing proposal.
  • Keep an eye on deadlines and ensure proposal submissions are followed up on time.
  • Collaborate with the Customer success technical team to align client needs with solution capabilities.
  • Track and report sales metrics and submit reports to HQ team with Customer Success in-house Sales Coordinator.
  • Actively participate in training programs to improve sales mastery and industry knowledge.
