Job Description

Strong financial analysis and data interpretation skills. Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to advise and influence management. Business acumen to translate financial data into actionable business insights. Knowledge of accounting principles and compliance with financial regulations
Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop budgets, forecasts, and long-term business plans, monitoring performance against them and analyzing variances to identify trends and opportunities. Financial Reporting: Prepare and oversee financial statements, profit-loss statements, and other reports to provide clear and timely financial information to stakeholders. Business Partnership: Act as a critical advisor and discussion partner for management and directors, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions. Performance Management: Analyze financial and non-financial data, including market trends, to understand business performance, identify potential risks, and suggest strategic initiatives. Process Improvement: Implement and improve financial processes, tools, and dashboards to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance department. Compliance: Ensure the organization adheres to relevant financial regulations, laws, and internal policies.

Pay: ₹19,528.00 - ₹28,132.00 per month
