Senior Business Controller

Role Overview: You will be part of the Centre of Excellence FP&A team, dedicated to providing critical financial insights and support to drive the company's strategic objectives. Your role will involve developing budgeting and financial plans to achieve growth in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Forecasting: Build budgets and forecasts based on actual performance trends, changes in strategy, and other business inputs. Provide insights and commentary on variance analysis. - Analysis: Work with large data sets to translate them into actionable insights. - Reporting: Run specific queries and reports, reconcile data, and provide comprehensive analysis and support for key stakeholders. - Improving Continuously: Seek and implement continuous improvements in efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of service. - Accounting: Calculate and prepare deferral and accruals journals. Qualifications Required: - Strong analytical skills and MS Excel modeling capabilities to provide deep insights and resolve finance inquiries independently. - Proactive and motivated individual with a can-do mentality, ready to take on challenges in a demanding environment. - Strong communication skills to convey financial information clearly to stakeholders. - Professional Qualification / Masters in Finance, Accounting, or related area with 6-8 years of experience in financial reporting, planning, and analysis. - Preferably experience with Oracle Hyperion products and Smartview.
