Responsibilities Analyze business requirements submitted by the Product Management Team or customers and define development requirements. Provide functional/technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet user requirements. Discover, organize, and clarify business needs, and review/produce specifications for changes. Conduct business process modeling and generate applicable scenarios for the testing team. Requirement 8+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or a similar role in the IT industry. Extensive experience in Airline Domain like Interline billing and settlement , well-versed with RAM rules for billing of Fare, Taxes, ISC, Codeshare, and One World processes, including ICH/ACH and direct settlement for PAX and miscellaneous billings. Exposure to a structured Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience delivering in an Agile environment. Ability to communicate effectively , both verbally and in writing, across different audiences. Strong self-management skills , including the ability to escalate issues in a timely manner and meet deadlines. Show more Show less
