About the Role

Senior Business Operations Analyst


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain

    Power BI dashboards

    for procurement & finance.
  • Perform

    data analysis

    using advanced Excel (macros, pivot tables, formulas).
  • Manage

    invoice processing, cost accruals

    , and financial closures.
  • Handle

    Purchase Orders (POs), Purchase Requisitions (PRs), and SOWs

    in ARIBA.
  • Build strong

    vendor and stakeholder relationships

    .
  • Identify and drive

    process improvements

    in procurement & finance.


Must-Have Skills

  • Advanced

    Excel & Power BI

    proficiency.
  • Hands-on

    ARIBA

    procurement operations experience.
  • Knowledge of

    invoice processing, cost accruals, vendor management

    .
  • Strong communication & stakeholder management skills.


Nice-to-Have

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in

    Finance/Business Administration

    .
  • 6+ years of overall experience in procurement/finance ops.
