Senior Business Analyst

Job Description:

As a Senior Business Analyst, will play a vital role in bridging the gap between business needs

and technological solutions. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around understanding business processes, eliciting and documenting requirements, and supporting the development and implementation of effective solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

● Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.

● Analyze and prioritize requirements to ensure alignment with business goals.

Agile Methodologies:

● Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint

reviews, and retrospectives.

● Work in an Agile environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.

● Collaborate with development teams to refine and prioritize user stories.

Scrum:

● Work within the Scrum framework to facilitate effective communication and

collaboration.

● Assist the Product Owner in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog.

● Monitor and report project progress using Scrum metrics.

Jira:

● Utilize Jira for project management and issue tracking.

● Create and manage user stories, epics, and sprints within Jira.

● Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into project status.

Documentation:

● Prepare clear and comprehensive documentation of business requirements, user

stories, and process flows.

● Develop and maintain documentation such as business process models, use cases,

and user manuals.

● Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
