About the Role We are looking for a high-ownership Senior Business Analyst to support and scale multiple high-impact business and product workstreams. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to drive end-to-end execution across functions including collections, credit risk, PL acquisition, product marketing, and more. This is a hybrid role that sits at the intersection of business strategy, product delivery, analytics, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will bring structured thinking, strong problem-solving ability, and a deep sense of accountability, with prior experience operating in high-growth, cross-functional environments. Job Title: Senior business analyst Location: Bangalore Experience: 1.5 - 4 years Education: Undergraduate degree from IIT, BITS, NITs or equivalent Key Responsibilities Business Ownership: Take charge of business outcomes across multiple workstreams—collections, PL acquisition, campaign performance, credit risk models, etc. Product & Tech Delivery: Own backlog detailing, prioritization, and delivery in collaboration with product and tech teams. Translate business needs into actionable product initiatives. Program & Stakeholder Management: Act as the point person across sales, ops, design, marketing, and collections—ensuring program momentum, accountability, and timely delivery. Analytics & Metrics: Use data to identify trends, measure impact, and course-correct strategy. Own business dashboards, campaign performance, and P&L levers. Cross-functional Leadership: Drive clarity and alignment across initiatives through structured planning, reviews, and communication.
