Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Lifecycle Management

   : Lead the end-to-end lifecycle for AI-driven CX solutions, from concept to launch.

2. Vision and Strategy

   : Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market trends, customer insights, and business goals.

3. Requirements Management

   : Gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.

4. Collaboration with Engineering

   : Work closely with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and drive product development.

5. AI Integration (Preferred)

   : Incorporate advanced AI technologies such as generative AI, large language models (LLMs), machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics to solve CX use cases.

6. Market Research

   : Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

7. User Experience (UX)

   : Collaborate with UX/UI designers to develop intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for AI-powered CX applications.

8. Performance Tracking

   : Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success and ongoing performance.

9. Go-to-Market Strategy

   : Drive the go-to-market strategy and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches.

10. Thought Leadership (Preferred)

    : Act as a subject matter expert in AI technologies, CX platforms, and industry trends, providing guidance to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product lifecycle management and business analysis, preferably in AI-driven solutions.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in CX.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and design.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with generative AI, LLMs, machine learning, and data analytics.
• Knowledge of CX platforms and related technologies.
