Job Description

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for liaising with business owners and technical teams. Your key responsibilities will include understanding business requirements, formulating technical solutions, mapping business requirements to system functionality, designing and documenting functional requirements. You will also be required to perform hands-on system configuration and data loads, particularly in the integration of data between on-premise and cloud applications. Additionally, you will provide ongoing Production Support, which involves logging tickets, status communication, and escalation when necessary. In this role, you are expected to apply newer technologies such as bots, predictive analytics, and mobile tools to ensure automation, analytical reporting, and digitized usage of applications. Furthermore, you will support and lead efforts on application training and change management, specifically focusing on Oracle applications and associated processes. Your tasks will include creating/modifying reports, dashboards, implementing/updating workflows, and purchasing setups in Oracle applications. You will also participate in testing and documentation of business processes, configuration changes, and application updates. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or higher degree in Information Systems, Procurement, Sourcing, Finance, or equivalent work experience - Working knowledge of any ERP application is preferred - Proficiency with MS Office applications - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate and develop strong relationships - Solid active listening and good customer service skills - Excellent time management and prioritization skills with the ability to independently prioritize and manage assigned projects This job offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and make a significant impact on the automation and analytical reporting processes within the organization.,
