Key Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders, Application Product Owner, and Delivery team to define and prioritize backlog items.
  
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.
  
• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify risks, issues, and constraints.
  
• Coordinate UAT testing and assist in creating test scripts.
  
• Provide subject matter expertise on systems, data, and process impacts.
  
• Support end users with training, queries, and issue resolution.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelors/Master’s degree (BSc/BTech/BE/MSc/MTech).
  

• 5+ years

  of experience in operational, technical, or business product management.
• Experience in SQL & MS - Access
  
• Minimum

  1 year of Agile (SaFE) methodology experience

  .
• Knowledge of Agile tools such as

  Azure DevOps (ADO), Confluence

  .
• Strong understanding of

  Agile SCRUM and Kanban

  .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to influence and build consensus.
  
• Strong technology acumen with eagerness to learn.
