Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal

candidate will possess advanced skills in SQL for analytics, proficiency in data visualization

techniques, and a demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects. With 3 to 4 years of

experience, the Senior Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in documenting requirements,

analyzing data, and implementing solutions to drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

∙Utilize advanced SQL techniques to extract and analyze data from multiple sources to

generate actionable insights.

∙Develop and maintain data visualization dashboards and reports to effectively communicate

findings to stakeholders.

∙Take ownership of projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and

adherence to project objectives.

∙Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements,

translating them into technical specifications.

∙Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process

improvement.

∙Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide data-driven

recommendations for strategic decision-making.

∙Conduct thorough testing and validation of analytical models and solutions to ensure

accuracy and reliability.

∙Document processes, workflows, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure

consistency.

∙Stay current with industry trends and best practices in analytics, data visualization, and

business analysis.

Qualifications and Skills:

∙Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.

∙3 to 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a data-driven environment.

∙Proficiency in advanced SQL querying and data manipulation techniques.

∙Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

∙Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

∙Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

∙Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently

with stakeholders at all levels.

∙Proven track record of taking ownership and driving projects to successful completion.

∙Experience in documenting business requirements, process flows, and technical

specifications.

∙Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles is a plus
