We are on the lookout for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team and help streamline our processes and projects.

As a Business Analyst at eProSoft, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our projects meet business objectives by closely collaborating with stakeholders, understanding their needs, and translating them into actionable requirements. You will work in an agile environment, writing user stories, and facilitating scrum processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.

Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development teams.

Facilitate agile/scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Work closely with product owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure user stories are well understood and implemented correctly.

Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.

Develop and maintain product backlogs.

Conduct data analysis to support business decisions.

Create and maintain documentation and visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations.

Ensure alignment between business goals and project deliverables.

Requirements:

8+ Years Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

Proficiency in writing clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria.

Strong understanding of agile and scrum methodologies.

Experience with business process modeling and documentation.

Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.

Strong data analysis and reporting skills, including proficiency in Excel, SQL, or other data analysis tools.

Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).

Experience in Healthcare industry is a plus.

Strong understanding of business processes and systems.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
