Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner / Business Analyst (7–10 years) to drive product roadmaps, translate customer needs into scalable solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

The ideal candidate will have proven success in delivering digital products, strong expertise with Jira, Confluence, Figma, and experience in cloud platforms & API-driven architectures. Certifications like CSPO/SAFe POPM are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

· Define and own the product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs

· Translate Voice of Customer (VOC), market trends, and data insights into prioritized user stories

· Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management with Agile teams

· Collaborate with UX/UI designers, architects, and developers to shape MVPs and scalable solutions

· Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication, demos, and progress updates

· Champion automation and innovation to solve real-world constraints in product delivery

· Identify inefficiencies in business processes and recommend solutions.

· Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations.

Skills and Qualifications:

· 7–10 years of experience in Product Ownership or Business Analysis

· Proven success in delivering B2B or B2C digital products in Agile environments

· Strong command of Jira, Confluence, Figma, and backlog management tools

· Technical fluency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and API-driven architectures. This is desirable.

· Excellent stakeholder communication and business writing skills

· Experience with SAFe, Scrum, or other scaled Agile frameworks

· CSPO, SAFe POPM, or equivalent certifications preferred

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
