DesignNex is growing, and we are looking for an IoT Recruiter to strengthen our hiring team. If you have 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, particularly in IoT, Embedded Systems, or related domains, this is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-evolving startup.

Role & Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for IoT and embedded technology roles
• Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels
• Coordinating interviews and managing the hiring process
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements
• Ensuring a seamless candidate experience

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in technical recruitment
• Strong understanding of IoT, Embedded Systems, and related technologies
• Ability to handle multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
