Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our HR team at Lericon Informatics Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment with a focus on SAS technology and other IT/BFSI domain roles, while also assisting with HR operational tasks. The role requires excellent sourcing skills, strong communication, and a keen eye for talent.Key Responsibilities:Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.Hire for SAS, Analytics, and BFSI/IT-related roles.Utilize job portals and social media channels for direct sourcing.Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders.Maintain recruitment trackers and update the internal database on a regular basis.Assist with HR operational tasks like documentation, onboarding, and employee data management.Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with candidates.Contribute to continuous improvement in the recruitment process.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.6 months to 1 year of experience in IT or BFSI recruitment.Understanding of technical hiring and industry trends.Familiarity with HR operational tasks and recruitment reporting.Mandatory Skills:End-to-end recruitment process knowledgeRecruitment for SAS or IT rolesExperience using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Shine)Proficiency in Microsoft ExcelCoordination and follow-upTechnical Skills:MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Social media sourcing techniquesJob description drafting and postingRecruitment data tracking and reportingSoft Skills:Excellent verbal and written communicationStrong interpersonal skillsAttention to detailGood organizational and time management skillsAbility to work both independently and in a team environmentProactive and result-driven approachPreferred Qualifications:Experience hiring for SAS technologiesFamiliarity with BFSI sector recruitmentInternship or project experience in technical hiringExposure to HR documentation and onboarding processes.
