Job Title: IT Recruiter
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India
Experience: 1 year in IT/tech recruitment
Notice Period: Maximum 15 days
CTC: Up to ₹35,000 per month (CTC)

Role Summary:
The IT Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology roles—sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews and onboarding—ensuring a smooth candidate experience and strong partnership with hiring teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Hiring Managers and clients to understand detailed job requirements, timelines and success criteria.
• Source candidates across channels: job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, WorkIndia), LinkedIn, referrals, database.
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary phone/online interviews to assess technical fit, soft skills and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate technical and HR rounds: schedule interviews, provide feedback, follow up with candidates and managers.
• Maintain ATS / candidate tracking system: update candidate statuses, feedback, joining timelines.
• Facilitate offer discussions, joining process, and follow-ups until onboarding completion.
• Meet agreed KPIs: time-to-fill, number of sourced & submitted candidates, interview-to-hire ratio, quality of hire.
• Stay updated on IT hiring market trends, compensation benchmarks and candidate expectations.
• Ensure candidate experience is positive: timely, professional communication throughout process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• ~1 year of hands-on experience in IT/tech recruitment .
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and channel management (portals, LinkedIn, database, referrals).
• Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, strong follow-up and coordination ability.
• Results-oriented mindset, proactive, able to work independently and in a team.
• Notice period must be no more than 15 days.
• Willingness to work from office/Hybrid as per company policy (if applicable).
