IT Recruiter

As an experienced IT Recruiter, your role will involve sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and internal databases. You will be responsible for screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews for IT positions. Additionally, you will collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend their recruitment needs, manage the end-to-end recruitment process, maintain candidate database and daily recruitment tracker, and ensure continuous follow-up with candidates until onboarding. Key Responsibilities: - Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases - Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews for IT roles - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs - Manage end-to-end recruitment process - Maintain candidate database and daily recruitment tracker - Follow up with candidates until onboarding Qualifications Required: - Minimum 12 years of experience in IT recruitment - Strong communication and sourcing skills - Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously - Immediate joiners preferred If you are a candidate with IT hiring experience (Contract or Permanent) and are located in or around Chennai, you are encouraged to apply.
