Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Requirements

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from cargo, airmail, and logistics stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into

  user stories, functional specifications, workflows, and wireframes

  .
• Conduct

  gap analysis

  , identify process improvements, and recommend effective solutions.
• Support product owners and development teams in understanding cargo domain requirements.

Cargo Operations Expertise

• Work closely with airline cargo teams on

  export, import, airmail processes, postal AWB, and ICS2 reporting

  .
• Analyze and document ground handling workflows, warehouse processes, and terminal operations.
• Support operational teams in implementing new cargo or TMS functionalities.

Project Coordination & Implementation Support

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of cargo management features.
• Assist in project planning, status monitoring, and coordination with business and IT stakeholders.
• Participate in

  UAT planning, test case creation, functional testing

  , and customer validation sessions.
• Provide support during application rollout, training sessions, and post-go-live stabilization.

Process Mapping & Documentation

• Prepare

  process maps, business flow diagrams, and functional documentation

  using industry-standard tools.
• Create dashboards and reports for performance tracking and decision-making support.
• Maintain backlog items, change requests, and project documentation in tools like Redmine/Trello.
