What You’ll Do

• Work with stakeholders (founders, product, operations, sales, engineering) to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
• Gather and analyze data, market insights, and user feedback to drive decision-making.
• Develop business cases, forecasts, and ROI models for new initiatives.
• Map current processes, identify gaps, and design efficient solutions that scale with growth.
• Create and maintain documentation: business requirements, workflows, user stories, and functional specs.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation of business needs into product features.
• Track KPIs, create dashboards, and measure the success of projects against business outcomes.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for optimization before they impact execution.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing sharp insights and data-backed recommendations.

What You Bring

• 6–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with exposure to product/tech-driven environments (startup/scale-up experience preferred).
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, BI dashboards (Tableau/Power BI/Looker).
• Comfort working with both structured and unstructured data.
• Excellent communication skills—able to distill complexity into clear insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in agile/scrum environments is a plus.
• A problem-solver at heart with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
