Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, analyze them, and document them into BRD (Business Requirement Document).
Develop user stories, create wireframes, and UML diagrams to visualize the solution.
Conduct gap analysis to identify gaps in current processes and systems.
Create FRD (Functional Requirement Document) and FSD (Functional Specification Document) based on gathered requirements.
Participate in requirement gathering sessions with cross-functional teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT industry.
B.Tech/B.E. degree from any specialization.
Strong understanding of business analysis principles, including BRD, FRD, FSD, requirement gathering, gap analysis, user stories, wireframing, UML diagrams.
