About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Brand Partnership Executive who will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling partnerships with brands for influencer marketing campaigns. You will work directly with decision-makers, agencies, and marketing heads to pitch influencer-led solutions, close deals, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new brand partners for influencer marketing campaigns.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with brands, agencies, and media buyers.
• Develop tailored proposals and pitches highlighting the value of influencer collaborations.
• Negotiate partnership terms, pricing, and contracts to close profitable deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams (campaign managers, influencer managers, content creators) to execute successful campaigns.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance to showcase ROI to clients.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencer platforms.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in brand partnerships / B2B sales/influencer marketing/media sales / digital advertising.
• A strong network of brand and agency contacts is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Understanding of influencer marketing, digital trends, and social media platforms.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
