The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user experiences for web and mobile applications while also producing high-quality graphics that align with our brand. This dual role requires a strong understanding of user interface principles, branding, and visual storytelling. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs that enhance customer satisfaction. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: UI/UX DESIGN: Develop user-centered designs for websites, mobile apps, and digital platforms. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools. Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and improve usability based on insights. Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure seamless implementation. GRAPHIC DESIGN: Design visually appealing marketing materials, including social media graphics, banners, infographics, and branding elements. Develop brand identities, logos, and visual style guides. Create compelling visuals for websites, email campaigns, and print media. Work with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all platforms. 👩‍💼 Qualifications: Experience in UI/UX and Graphic design with a strong portfolio. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or other design tools. Wireframing, prototyping, user research, usability testing, and visual design. Understanding of Design principles, typography, color theory, and accessibility. Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
