Senior Brand Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Brand Strategy & Positioning

• Develop and implement brand strategies that enhance awareness, equity, and loyalty.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across channels.

• Campaign Planning & Execution

• Work with agencies to conceptualize and execute

  integrated campaigns

  across TV, social media, digital platforms, print, OOH, and other channels.
• Oversee creative development from briefing to final asset delivery.
• Ensure campaigns are innovative, on-brand, and aligned with performance objectives.
  

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with product, e-commerce, and sales teams to align brand activities with business goals.
• Coordinate with performance marketing teams to integrate brand storytelling with acquisition strategies.
  

• Agency & Vendor Management

• Manage relationships with creative, media, and production agencies.
• Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and monitor execution quality.
  

• Measurement & Optimization

• Track and analyze brand campaign performance metrics.
• Use insights to optimize creative strategies and media plans.

Preferred candidate profile

• 58 years

  of brand management experience, preferably with a

  high-growth D2C brand

  .
• Prior experience in

  creative or media agencies

  is highly desirable.
• Strong preference for candidates from

  lifestyle, consumer goods, or furniture brands

  .
• Proven track record of leading

  multi-channel brand campaigns

  , including TV, digital, and OOH.
• Strong understanding of media planning, creative briefing, and production workflows.
• Exceptional creativity with the ability to translate ideas into engaging consumer-facing concepts.
• High level of ownership and accountability, with the ability to drive projects end-to-end.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
