Job Title:

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic BPO Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for bulk BPO requirements. The role will focus on sourcing, screening, salary negotiations, onboarding, and handling employee queries, ensuring smooth workforce management without core operations responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for large-scale BPO hiring drives and support functions (IT & Non-IT minor roles).
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Conduct initial screening, assess communication skills, and align candidates with role requirements.
Handle
salary negotiation
and offer closure within company guidelines.
Coordinate with business managers for timely hiring fulfillment.
Assist in onboarding formalities and maintain proper documentation.
Manage basic
attendance tracking
for employees.
Act as the first point of contact for
employee queries and issue resolution
(non-operational HR).
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring requirements.

Requirements:

Proven experience in
BPO hiring / bulk recruitment
.
Knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle salary negotiations effectively.
Basic HR knowledge related to attendance and employee engagement.
Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

High energy and ability to handle pressure in mass hiring.
Strong stakeholder management.
Quick decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with HRMS or attendance management tools.
