Senior Bookkeeper

Job Title:

Bookkeeping – USA

Gift City, Gandhinagar

Work Timings:

2:30 PM – 11:30 PM IST (Monday to Friday)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle

  trust accounting

  , ensuring client fund management is compliant with legal and ethical standards.
• Record and reconcile

  attorney fees, expenses, and disbursements

  with accuracy.
• Perform

  bank and credit card reconciliations

  to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Manage

  end-to-end bookkeeping processes

  for assigned clients, including data entry, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Administer

  payroll processing and payroll tax filings

  for clients.
• Create and manage

  financial reports, budgets, cash flow models

  , and other supplemental reporting requirements.
• Ensure all financial transactions are in line with

  legal accounting standards and regulations

  .
• Collaborate closely with legal professionals to understand and cater to

  specific accounting requirements

  .
• Use

  legal accounting software

  (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) efficiently to handle financial tasks.
• Identify and implement process improvements to

  streamline bookkeeping operations

  .

Qualifications and Experience:

Educational Background:

• CA Inter / CMA / CMA Inter

Experience:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in USA bookkeeping, specifically handling accounts for

  legal clients

  .

Technical Skills:

• Sound knowledge of

  legal accounting principles

  and

  trust accounting regulations

  .
• Proficient in

  QuickBooks, Xero

  , and other accounting tools.
• Strong working knowledge of

  MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  .
