ABOUT CONSERVE: Group Established in 2016 in Qatar, to serve the Construction Sector with Engineering Design Support Services to companies in Asia, Middle East, Europe, Australia, Canada, US and other parts of the world, we are an exponentially growing Engineering company with 600+ People across the globe. Conserve provides wide range of services for green building and MEP solutions. Engineering design and support such as Architectural drawings, Structural drawings, MEP, BIM modeling, CAD services and 3D scanning. Sustainability such as LEED services, GSAS services, Energy services, CXA commissioning, Environmental services, Acoustical services, CEEQUAL consultancy services and BREEAM. Simulation and analysis such as Simulation Engineering, Structural analysis, Stress analysis, Surge analysis, Computational fluid dynamics, detailed Engineering services and Building envelope design and simulation. Thermal Imaging – Infrared Thermography. SKILLS: Strong leadership and project management capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and client-facing interactions. Mentoring ability and willingness to upskill junior staff. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and decision-making skills. Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards, Common Data Environments (CDE), and federated model management. Hands-on knowledge of 4D/5D BIM tools (Synchro, Primavera), and scripting via Dynamo or similar. Experience in reviewing and guiding automation scripts, parametric family libraries, and template standards. RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee Mechanical BIM modeling and documentation activities across multiple projects. Review and approve HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting system layouts up to LOD 450/500. Define modeling workflows and ensure adherence to BIM Execution Plan (BEP), naming conventions, and quality standards. Coordinate with clients, architects, and Engineering leads for design alignment and issue resolution. Supervise the work of Executive Engineers and Modelers, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and quality parameters. Lead internal and client review meetings, present model progress, and address technical concerns. Involved in strategic planning of modeling workflows, resource allocation, and quality control. Acts as the central point of contact for Mechanical BIM deliverables. Perform QA/QC reviews of BIM outputs, ensure clash-free models, and finalize deliverables for submission. Contribute to automation efforts by identifying repetitive tasks and supporting script/tool development. Analyze design risks, initiate RFIs, and ensure resolution of technical gaps. Mentor team members on modeling practices, codes, and coordination techniques. Engaged in multi-disciplinary BIM projects in a collaborative digital environment. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: B. E/ B. TECH in Mechanical Engineering. Should possess 5+ years’ experience in BIM Modeling. Exposure to international building codes (ASHRAE, ISHRAE, NFPA, IPC). Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360/ACC.  Possess Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skill. Preferred – Experience in US/UK/Gulf Project.
