Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bid Manager with at least 5+ years of experience to manage and coordinate tender submissions. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing tender documents, preparing bids, and ensuring timely submission of tenders for various IT services projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Tender Management:

  • Review and understand the technical and commercial requirements of tender documents.
  • Prepare and submit tenders, including compiling the necessary documentation and completing forms.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather required data and ensure all submissions are compliant with the client’s requirements.
  • Monitor tender portals and identify opportunities relevant to Amvion's service offerings.

Bid Preparation:

  • Work with business development, legal, finance, and technical teams to ensure all aspects of the bid are addressed.
  • Ensure accurate and competitive pricing is included in the tender responses.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and gather insights on pricing trends and market standards.

Documentation and Compliance:

  • Ensure that all required documents are prepared according to client specifications, including technical, financial, and legal information.
  • Manage and maintain tender documentation, ensuring accuracy, version control, and timely updates.
  • Handle pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQ) and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Client Coordination:

  • Liaise with clients and government bodies regarding tender clarification queries and post-submission feedback.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to stay updated on upcoming tenders and industry trends.

Reporting and Monitoring:

  • Maintain a comprehensive tracker of submitted tenders and outcomes.
  • Provide regular updates to the management team on tender activities and outcomes.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in tender management, bid preparation, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of tendering processes, including technical, legal, and financial aspects.
  • Proficiency in using tender portals and handling e-procurement systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tenders simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience IT services & Technologies will be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with government and private sector tendering processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
