Senior Bench Sales Recruiter

As a Senior Bench Sales Recruiter at Zenith Technology LLC, you will play a key role in leading our recruitment efforts and driving growth in US IT staffing. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the end-to-end bench sales process, developing strong relationships with vendors, clients, and consultants, and conducting advanced technical screenings to match qualified profiles with client requirements. Additionally, you will be expected to identify market trends, maintain accurate records, and mentor junior recruiters to improve recruitment efficiency. To excel in this role, you must have extensive experience in US IT staffing and possess a deep understanding of bench sales best practices. Knowledge of US Visa and Tax Terms processes, proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively are also essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems, as well as experience in fast-paced environments, will be advantageous. This position is based in Visnagar, Mehsana, Gujarat, and requires working on-site during Monday to Friday night shifts.
