Bench Sales Recruiter - US Staffing Zenith Technology LLC is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Bench Sales Recruiter to join our growing team. Responsibilities: Source and qualify potential candidates for US IT placements. Build relationships with vendors and placed candidates to generate referrals. Conduct technical screenings and submit qualified profiles to clients. Maintain accurate records in spreadsheets. Train and mentor new team members. Qualifications: Mandatory Knowledge: US Visa and Tax Terms process Excellent email writing skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience in utilizing AI platforms for recruitment (e.g., sourcing, research) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency must required). Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
