Position: Audit Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Audit Associate to join our finance team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional audit services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting and auditing principles, with the ability to analyze financial data, evaluate regulatory compliance, and improve the overall audit process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, executing, and completing audits in accordance with professional standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and enhance financial processes.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights that drive better decision-making.
• Contribute to the preparation and drafting of audit reports, including recommendations for improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes related to auditing practices.
• Review financial documentation for accuracy, compliance, and regulatory alignment.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports outlining findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
• Work closely with team members and management to ensure an efficient audit workflow.
• Assist the audit team with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required.
• Support internal teams in developing and implementing robust audit procedures and controls.

Qualifications:

• CA, CMA Inter is required.
• A Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a CA firm or within accounting/finance consultancy firms.
