Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Take full responsibility for finalizing accounts and independently executing client audits.
Lead and mentor audit teams to ensure accuracy, completeness, and high-quality deliverables.
Plan, schedule, and conduct audits of financial and operational processes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Identify risks and provide actionable recommendations to strengthen internal controls and enhance operational efficiency.
Prepare comprehensive audit reports, present findings to clients, and monitor the implementation of corrective measures.
Ensure adherence to professional auditing standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve audit issues and improve overall audit readiness.

Qualifications:

Education: CA Final (with completed Articleship), CA Inter (completed or pursuing), or fully qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of Articleship experience for CA candidates.
