Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare working papers and deliverables professionally and in a timely manner to document audit testing, support conclusions, and communicate findings.
2. Conduct detailed analytical procedures on significant financial statement fluctuations.
3. Assist in planning, executing, and finalizing audit assignments for manager or partner review, providing input on key areas of concern.
4. Build strong relationships with onshore team members in Ireland, ensuring timely status updates.
5. Identify and track issues or missing information, managing open items until resolution.
6. Prepare work papers and reports to substantiate audit procedure findings.
7. Share knowledge, monitor work, and motivate team members to maintain high-quality deliverables.
8. Create planning documents, including planning memoranda, client meeting minutes, analytical reviews, and business understanding reports under the guidance of audit managers.
9. Prepare summaries of findings and submit them for audit manager review.
10. Oversee the
