Read to learn more https://lnkd.in/gd7brT8S Job Description : Senior Manager Procurement - Bangalore Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end sourcing activities for raw materials, APIs, excipients, and packaging materials. Handle RFQs (Request for Quotations) from Project Management teams and finalize vendors based on technical and commercial feasibility. Evaluate and negotiate with at least three suppliers for each procurement to ensure optimal pricing, quality, and delivery timelines. Lead the sourcing and procurement of CAPEX materials and production equipment. Develop and manage relationships with both domestic and international vendors; coordinate imports when necessary. Arrange and evaluate samples for vendor development and qualification. Finalize purchase orders and track deliveries in coordination with warehouse and finance teams. Collaborate closely with QA, QC, R&D, and Production to understand sourcing needs and align procurement accordingly. Use ERP and SAP systems for purchase requisitioning, order tracking, and inventory reporting. Drive strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize costs and supply reliability. Qualifications Relevant experience in procurement/sourcing roles. Proven experience in vendor negotiations, purchase order management, and import sourcing. Knowledge of supply chain practices, quality compliance, and procurement documentation. Proficient in ERP and SAP software. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
