Role Overview:

As a Senior Associate, you will be at the center of cross-functional operations, steering execution, enabling collaboration, and ensuring teams stay aligned with both daily priorities and long-term objectives. This role is designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving problems, and is excited to grow alongside a rapidly scaling startup. 

What You’ll Do

•  Drive and support day-to-day operations across multiple functions.
• Take end-to-end ownership of tasks aligned with your strengths- whether in research, sales, strategy, events, coordination, or more.
• Work closely with the core leadership team on high-impact, outcome-driven initiatives.
• Actively participate in activities across the startup ecosystem led by PedalStart.
• Think fast, move faster- bring a proactive, hustler-driven approach to everything you do.

What We’re Looking For Someone With:

•  Exceptional leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Broad understanding of business functions and the ability to switch contexts smoothly.
• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to manage and align cross-functional teams toward shared project goals.

• Minimum 2+ years

  of relevant, continuous experience.
• Curiosity to learn, confidence to lead, and the drive to build impactful work from the ground up.
