What you’ll own (two tracks)

1) Enterprise-Grade AI Frameworks

• Build and improve LLM workflows, RAG pipelines, prompt systems
• Define evaluation approach (quality metrics, tests, guardrails)
• Package reusable components so they can scale across use-cases

2) GTM School Digital Library

• Create taxonomy + metadata structure for knowledge assets
• Automate ingestion + make content searchable + usable (learning objects, templates)

You’ll work closely with founder/consulting/content teams and support client pilots with rapid prototyping + iteration.

What we’re looking for (must-haves)

✅ 4–6 years hands-on AI/ML/NLP or LLM application building

✅ Strong Python + clean coding habits + API integration comfort

✅ Practical prompt engineering + understands failure modes/hallucinations

✅ RAG fundamentals: embeddings, vector search, chunking, retrieval tuning

✅ Ability to structure messy content into templates + metadata

✅ Comfortable owning delivery end-to-end (build → test → ship → improve)
