Job Title: Senior Associate – Launch Team (Batch Operations) Location: WFH Experience Required: 2–4 years (Operations / Program Management / Stakeholder Coordination preferred) Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Associate to join our Launch Team (Batch Operations) . This role requires strong coordination skills, process ownership, and analytical thinking to ensure smooth execution of batch launches, offer rollouts, and compliance with SOPs. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Batch Creation, Setup & Change Management Own the complete lifecycle of batch creation and updates as per category inputs. Ensure timely execution and 100% compliance with SOPs and SLA commitments. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements. 🔹 Bulk Offer Rollout Coordinate with Category, Marketing Managers, and Design Teams to manage bulk offer pricing rollouts. Escalate delays or missing inputs (e.g., pricing, banners) and realign TATs as needed. Drive accuracy and timeliness across rollout cycles. 🔹 Stakeholder Coordination Act as the primary POC for all batch-related tasks across functions—Category, SST, Design, Analytics, Tech, and IT. Manage escalations with speed, clarity, and ownership. Partner with teams to ensure process alignment and successful launches. 🔹 Quality Control & Compliance Conduct quality audits for batch creation and change requests. Monitor adherence to SOPs and implement corrective measures for recurring issues. Champion process hygiene and compliance best practices. 🔹 Reporting & Analytics Generate MIS reports to monitor batch performance and KPIs. Analyze trends and inefficiencies; deliver actionable insights to stakeholders. Support data-backed decision-making and operational efficiency. What We’re Looking For: 2–4 years of experience in operations, coordination, or program management roles. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in reporting and basic analytics. High sense of ownership and process orientation. Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
