Job Description

Senior Executive - Sourcing

NDP Tracking: Update and maintain NDP requirement data from start to end in trackers.
Vendor Onboarding: Onboard new vendors for NPD products and streamline the NPD PR to PO process.
Import/Export Documentation: Manage import/export/custom documentation.
Material Development: Develop new materials and vendors as per requirements.
Interdepartmental Communication: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage material procurement as per purchase plans, and maintain delivery schedules.
Cost Optimization: Collaborate with suppliers to improve business efficiencies, lead time management, and product pricing.
Quality Management: Work with manufacturers and internal quality teams to ensure acceptable quality standards.

Qualifications

Master's/Bachelor's degree in Textiles or related field.
4+ years of experience in sourcing and documentation.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
