Job Description

Team Leadership:

Supervise and lead a team of food and beverage service staff.
Provide guidance, training, and support to enhance team performance.

Service Excellence:

Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service to enhance the dining experience.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly.

Order and Inventory Management:

Oversee order-taking, serving, and table clearing processes.
Monitor and manage inventory levels of food and beverages.

Quality Control:

Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
Conduct regular checks to ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards.

Shift Coordination:

Plan and coordinate daily shift activities, ensuring adequate staffing levels.
Assign duties and responsibilities to staff for smooth operations.

Training and Development:

Conduct training sessions for new and existing staff on service standards and procedures.
Identify and nurture talent within the team.

Sales and Upselling:

Encourage upselling techniques among staff to maximize sales opportunities.
Implement promotions and upselling strategies.

Customer Feedback:

Collect and analyze customer feedback.
Implement improvements based on feedback to enhance service quality.
