Assist with check-in/check-out procedures and manage reservations. Staff supervision and management: Support the Front Office Manager in supervising daily front desk activities. Train and guide front desk staff to provide quality customer service. Manage staff schedules, shifts, and assist with payroll procedures. Interview, hire, and train new staff. Operational and administrative tasks: Monitor and control expenses, and assist with budget preparation. Supervise billing and cash processes to ensure compliance. Maintain a clean, neat, and secure front office area. Liaise with other departments to resolve operational issues. Leadership and strategy: Delegate daily work responsibilities to front desk staff. Participate in meetings to identify and resolve operational issues. Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures. Preferred candidate profile
