  • Organize

    external meetings

    smooth execution

  • Independently

    plan and manage

    corporate events

    .

Travel Management:

  • Plan, book, and organize

    domestic

    international business trips

  • Handle

    post-trip activities

    : preparing

    travel expense reports

    and

    follow-ups

    .

Project Coordination:

  • Create and edit

    presentations

  • Support

Communication & Stakeholder Management:

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 8 to 12 years

    of proven experience as a

    Personal Assistant

    ,

    Executive Assistant

    , or

    Administrative Coordinator

    , preferably supporting

    executive leadership

    in an

    MNC environment

    .
  • Strong

    organizational

    and

    multitasking

    skills with keen attention to

    detail

    .
  • Proficiency in

    MS Office Suite

    (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other

    digital tools

    .
  • Excellent

    written

    and

    verbal communication skills

    in

    English

    .
  • Ability to work

    independently

  • Experience with
