What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Architect at UrbanMistrii, you’ll lead projects from concept to completion—balancing aesthetics, functionality, and feasibility. You’ll mentor junior designers, collaborate with consultants, and drive design excellence at every phase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design and execution of architectural and urban projects
• Prepare concept presentations, design development sets, working drawings, and BOQs
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants
• Ensure design adherence during site execution; conduct regular site visits
• Mentor junior team members and review their deliverables
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and vendors
• Contribute to competitions, R&D, and internal knowledge-building

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution
• 7+ years of professional experience in architecture firms
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and built work
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), and MS Office
• Familiarity with Revit or BIM workflows is a plus
• Deep understanding of materials, detailing, and construction processes
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
• Passion for urban issues, climate-resilient design, and innovation
