Senior Architect

Job Description: * Lead and manage end-to-end architectural design projects * Work on diverse project types: Residential, Commercial, IT Campuses, Hotels, and Layout Planning * Prepare, review, and finalize architectural drawings, layouts, and master plans * Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams * Ensure timely delivery of high-quality design outputs * Conduct site visits to monitor execution and ensure adherence to design intent * Guide and mentor junior architects and draftsmen * Collaborate with structural and MEP consultants for integrated solutions * Present design concepts and proposals clearly to stakeholders Required Skills: * Strong experience in Residential, Commercial, and IT Campus design * Expertise in Layout Planning and Master Planning * Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and Photoshop * Good understanding of building systems and construction methods * Strong design and visualization skills * Effective communication and client handling * Team management and multitasking abilities * Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
