About the Role

Senior Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the architectural design process from concept to execution.
• Manage liaising activities with PMC, PCMC, and other statutory authorities for timely approvals.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and related documentation.
• Provide creative and functional design solutions while maintaining compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Foster client relationships and maintain regular communication to ensure satisfaction.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong creative design and conceptualization abilities.
• Excellent liaising skills with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, local by-laws, and statutory approval processes.
• Project management and coordination expertise.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 12–15 years of professional experience, with substantial exposure to PMC and PCMC projects.
• Prior experience with reputed firms such as

  VK:a architecture, Sankalp Design, A & T Consultants, ADVA

  ,

  Ganti & Associates Inc.

  or similar will be an added advantage.
• Registered Architect with the Council of Architecture (COA).
