Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Key Responsibilities:

• Align financial goals with overall business objectives to drive long-term sustainability.
• Oversee the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and forecasts for better cost control.
• Guarantee timely and correct filing of financial statements, tax returns, and legal disclosures.
• Lead internal and external audit processes and ensure strong financial governance.
• Ensure efficient capital allocation and smooth day-to-day financial operations.
• Manage investor communications, bank negotiations, and capital-raising efforts.
• Proactively identify financial risks and apply corrective and preventive controls.
• Provide financial due diligence and integration support for new ventures or partnerships.
• Build capabilities and maintain performance standards within the finance and accounts department.
• Deliver actionable insights and dashboards to support executive decision-making.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Professional Qualification

  – CA / CPA / MBA (Finance)
• Candidate must hold at least two of the above qualifications.

• Financial Leadership Experience

  – Minimum 15 years
• Proven experience managing the full spectrum of finance in a senior role.
• In-depth understanding of Indian GAAP, IFRS, taxation, and regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to interpret complex financial data and convert it into business strategy.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar platforms.
• Unquestionable honesty, confidentiality, and a strong sense of corporate responsibility.
