Our diverse portfolio showcases a wide range of projects across India. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading architectural design projects, ensuring the quality and functionality of designs, and managing teams through the entire project lifecycle. This role requires expertise in architectural design, project management, and a deep understanding of building systems and construction processes. Key Responsibilities: • Design Leadership: Lead the development of architectural designs for complex projects, ensuring that all designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and meet client requirements. • Project Management: Manage the architecture team through the project lifecycle, from initial concept to completion. Ensure that all projects are completed on time. • Client Collaboration: Communicate directly with clients to understand their needs and provide guidance and recommendations. Manage client expectations throughout the project. • Team Coordination: Collaborate with other architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure seamless integration of design and construction processes. • Mentoring: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and design staff, fostering their professional development and ensuring the quality of their work. • Presentation & Documentation: Lead the preparation of design presentations and technical documentation for stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies. • Quality Control: Review and approve design deliverables, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and adhere to the project’s requirements. Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. • Experience: Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in architectural design, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role. Experience with complex and large-scale projects is highly preferred. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, V-ray, SketchUp, Lumion. • Project Management: Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and effectively coordinating a team. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to present ideas clearly to clients, stakeholders, and team members.
