Junior Architect

The junior architect position is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our interior design team in a creative and detail-oriented manner. Working closely with senior architects and designers, you will play a key role in the planning, design, and execution of interior projects. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality design outputs that meet client expectations and company standards. Your responsibilities will include assisting in conceptualizing and developing interior layouts and architectural designs. You will be using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Enscape, and Photoshop to prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, renders, and presentation boards. Additionally, you will conduct site visits for measurement, supervision, and coordination with contractors/vendors. In client meetings, you will support the senior team by preparing drawings, mood boards, and documentation. You will also collaborate with vendors and suppliers for materials, finishes, and product selections. It will be essential to maintain and update project documentation, including drawings, approvals, and progress reports, while working closely with internal team members such as designers, engineers, and project managers. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design. Proficiency in design and drafting software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and Adobe Suite is required. Strong visualization and presentation skills, along with a basic understanding of interior design materials, finishes, and construction techniques, will be beneficial. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. If you have an internship or prior experience in interior projects, it is considered a plus. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule.
