Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect with over 10 years of

expertise in architectural design, project management, and construction supervision. The

ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of design principles, technical proficiency,

and leadership skills to manage complex projects from inception to completion. This is a

strategic role requiring creativity, problem-solving, and collaboration to deliver innovative

and sustainable architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities

 Design Development:

 Lead the conceptualization and design of innovative architectural solutions.

 Oversee the preparation of detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using software

such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM tools.

 Project Management:

 Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely

delivery within budget.

 Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and constraints.

 Work with cross-functional teams, including engineers, consultants, and contractors,

to ensure project success.

 Technical Oversight:

 Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and construction

documents.

 Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards.

 Conduct site visits to oversee construction progress and address technical challenges.

 Leadership & Mentoring:

 Supervise and mentor junior architects, designers, and interns.

 Provide guidance on best practices, technical standards, and emerging trends in

architecture.

 Sustainability Focus:

 Incorporate sustainable design principles and green building technologies into

projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

 Licensed Architect (State-specific licensure preferred).

 Proficiency in architectural design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, BIM).

 Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction standards.

 Exceptional project management and organizational skills.

 Proven ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders effectively.

 Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 Experience in sustainable design and certifications like LEED, WELL, or BREEAM.

 Expertise in advanced modeling tools or software (e.g., Grasshopper, Dynamo).

 Background in designing large-scale projects such as commercial, residential, or

institutional buildings.

 Membership in professional organizations such as AIA, RIBA, or equivalent.
