Job Summary

Senior Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design development from concept to detailed design
• Manage and review architectural drawings, 3D visuals, and presentations
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Hire and mentor junior architects and interns
• Oversee preparation of working drawings, specifications, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, bye-laws, and regulations
• Participate in site visits and resolve design-related site issues
• Maintain quality control across all project stages

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• 8–10+ years of professional experience in architectural practice
• Strong proficiency in

  AutoCAD

  and

  SketchUp / Revit / 3ds Max / BIM tools

• Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing
• Strong design sensibility and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience in client-facing roles
• Knowledge of project execution and coordination
• Familiarity with

  Photoshop / InDesign

  for presentations
• Experience with sustainable design and green building practices
