Senior Architect

JOB Role

• Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.
• Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.
• Developing and presenting project proposals.
• Adjusting designs and plans to meet the clients needs.
• Managing project teams and collaborating with other construction professional.
• Coordinate and oversee all technical activities relating to architectural and engineering projects, including directing the design team, reviewing drafts and make design changes.
• Provide consultations and spearhead negotiations with potential clients during the project development and bidding phases.
• Scheduling & allotting work to the Team as per HODs instructions.
• Review & Checking of Day to day working
• Make and follow all reporting patterns with new inputs and inline it at daily basis.
• Understand companies policies and follow it thoroughly.
• Smooth working of Team and co-ordination of Accounts, Liasion and Drawing
• Co-ordination between office Clients and other consultants.

• Must have knowledge of current Unified DCPR .

• Experienced in handling of projects from design to executions.
• Presentation skills.
• Must experience in all drawings Submission, Working, etc.

• Team training, Development all requirement activity to build efficient technical team
• Use task management tools
• Achieve To Do List

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 5 to 10 years in Architectural firm

Software Knowledge

AutoCAD

Ravit

SketchUp

Lumion

MS Office.

Must Have Design Vision
